Well, my computer saga continues. Thankfully, I am still able to write my blog, using a borrowed computer. Pretty amazing how God makes a way like that. I am still a little concerned (minorly so) that I will have a challenge retrieving some pretty important files, BUT I’m doing my best to not worry about it. I’ve reached out to a computer repair service in town, so, hopefully, early next week I’ll get a verdict.

With Sectionals being tomorrow, and the weekend being a time to celebrate the accomplishments of the work week, it’s best to just let it go. I don’t know who said, but they are right… “Worry is worshiping the problem.” So, I’m not going to worship this thing.

Today is Mark, Chapter 12. Let’s take a look at the last section, verses 41-44…

“Sitting across from the temple treasury, He watched how the crowd dropped money into the treasury. Many rich people were putting in large sums. And a poor widow came and dropped in two tiny coins worth very little. Summoning His disciples, He said to them, ‘I assure you: This poor widow has put in more than all those giving to the temple treasury. For they all gave out of their surplus, but she out of her poverty has put in everything she possessed—all she had to live on.””

  1. I pray for the people who worship their money and not God. It saddens me. I am so very grateful to God that I grew up knowing what the most important commandment is. There are many who suffer from not having that knowledge, or not following it. Thank you for another great Bible Study (blog) PK!
