Friday! Here’s to the end of the work week and to another cup of coffee! I’m hopeful that we will gain a new subscriber this weekend. There is SO much gold in these chapters, and I believe there are MANY out there who would love to join us… if they knew we were here. SO, as the weekend begins I’m praying that one new subscriber will join us. Would you join me in that prayer? If each of us reaches out to one, we could double in one weekend! Surely, we can gain one.

Let’s head to Mark, Chapter 4! Look closely at verses 39-41… “Jesus stood up and commanded the wind and said to the waves, ‘Quiet! Be still!’ Then the wind stopped, and it became completely calm.
Jesus said to his followers, ‘Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?’
The followers were very afraid and asked each other, ‘Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!’”
When I read the Bible I go pretty slow. I pray before I read it. It’s a standing conversation with the Lord every day. And, he never lets me down. I’m expectant that His Spirit will direct me places that…
