Welcome to the final day of Round 4 of the first half of 2025. We have two rounds to go, and this next round I will be reading from a 5th different translation–the HCSB. The Holman Christian Standard Bible is a modern English translation that aims to be both accurate and readable. It was created by a team of conservative scholars from 17 denominations. It’s one of several very reader-friendly versions, and a version I recommend purchasing, especially if you can find a Life Application Study version of it.
