It’s a new work week! It’s NOT the last Monday in March, but we are getting close! Let me be the first to wish you a Happy National Chocolate Covered Raisin Day! Every 24th of March celebrates raisins coated in a shell of either milk chocolate or dark chocolate. Many moviegoers have been snacking on chocolate-covered raisins for many, many years. Somehow, popcorn, a box of chocolate-covered raisins go together perfectly. Raisins are an excellent source of calcium, potassium, iron, fiber, and vitamin B. When you combine the raisins with dark chocolate, you have a great-tasting, healthy snack.
I would like to add that I do NOT like raisins. I never have, and, to give you an idea how much I don’t like them… when I was a kid I would not eat watermelon, because I thought it had raisins in it (the seeds). Hahaha! True story!
Let’s jump into Ecclesiastes, Chapter 5… Take some extra time with verse 4-5… “If you make a promise to God, don’t be slow to keep it. God is not happy with fools, so give God what you promised. It is better not to promise anything than to promise something and not do it.”
